What are unclaimed variations costing you?

Most builders and trade contractors lose more each year to unbilled variations, re-keyed paperwork and quiet cost overruns than they spend on every piece of software they own. Move the sliders to your numbers and see the damage.

How the calculator works

How is the unclaimed variation figure calculated?

We multiply your active jobs by the number of variations you estimate go unbilled on each job, then by the average value of a variation. Most builders and trades undercount this because the small ones — an extra penetration, a swapped fitting, a wasted day waiting on access — never make it onto a claim.

Where does the admin time saving come from?

Chasing signatures, rebuilding programs in a spreadsheet, re-keying supplier invoices, and assembling claims by hand. The calculator only counts hours you tell it you already spend, valued at the hourly rate you enter.

Are these numbers a guarantee?

No. They are your own inputs run through simple arithmetic so you can sanity-check whether software is worth it. Nothing here is a promise of results — use your real job data for a realistic answer.

Which plan should I compare the result against?

Most builders and construction companies land on Onsite & Trades at $249/mo or All-In at $399/mo. The calculator compares your annual leakage against the plan you select.
