- Which plan suits a trade contractor versus a construction company?
- A trade contractor or estimator who mainly prices work runs on Estimating at $149/mo. A builder or construction company running crews, subbies and compliance on live sites runs on Onsite & Trades at $249/mo. If you want the quote, the schedule and the real cost in the same job record, All-In at $399/mo covers both sides plus budget-versus-actual reporting.
- Can I change plans mid-month?
- Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Nothing you have set up is lost when you move between plans.
- Is there a discount for paying annually?
- Yes — annual billing works out roughly 15% cheaper: Estimating $127/mo, Onsite & Trades $212/mo and All-In $339/mo, each billed once a year.
- Is there a free trial?
- 14 days on All-In, with no card required. Anything you set up during the trial stays with you when you pick a plan.
- Are prices in Australian dollars?
- Yes — all prices are in AUD and exclude GST. GST is shown on your invoice.
- What if we need SSO, custom integrations or bespoke terms?
