Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Similar technologies — local storage and session storage — work the same way. SiteStride uses both, and this policy covers all of them.
These keep the product working and can't be turned off. They hold your signed-in session and its security tokens, remember which company you're working in, keep your dark/light theme and dashboard layout, support offline caching on site, and store the cookie choice you make below. Blocking them will stop you signing in.
Optional. Anonymous usage measurement so we can see which features get used, where people get stuck, and what's running slowly. No job data, client details or pricing is sent to analytics. Off until you turn it on.
Optional. Tells us which campaigns and referrers bring builders and trade contractors to the site, so we know where to keep investing. We don't run third-party advertising networks or sell audience data. Off until you turn it on.
Some cookies are set by providers we rely on: our cloud and authentication platform (session security), our payment provider on the billing pages (fraud prevention), and mapping and spam-protection services where those features load. Each is limited to running that feature.
Session cookies clear when you close the browser. Your sign-in typically lasts up to 30 days unless you sign out. Your cookie preference is stored for six months, after which we'll ask again. Analytics identifiers, when enabled, expire within 12 months.
Use the button on this page to reopen the preferences panel at any time, or clear cookies in your browser settings. Turning analytics or marketing off stops new data being collected straight away.
